The error occurs because the editor cannot check for plug-in updates. When you run the editor, you need to get ready, because you need to do everything very quickly. Put your left hand on the enter button, and set the mouse approximately to the place where the skip button is located. When the window with the update plugin check appears, you should very quickly click on the skip button and on the enter button.
You need to have time to do it in a short time, otherwise the error window will appear. I managed to do it from the third time. Now I do not close the editor :)
