Using AIOStreams for the first time

Discovering AIOSTREAMS Software, I have some questions please :

1. Each time there is a new play on each tasks, why do a new Spotify windows open each time ? It is a real problem because I have hundreds of windows opened on my computer.. and it makes it very slow. Is there a way to refrain these windows to open please ?
2. On statistics log, there are hundreds of ? failed ? message ONLY. No success. What does it mean please ?
3. Do we need to leave the software opened and the computer ON always for task to run ?
4. Regarding templates, I guess that it is tasks you have defined by your own. How do we use them ? Where are they ? How should we import them ?
