From what I understand, and I may be wrong, but if you're using the free version, that wont be possible because you wont be able to access the "file operate modules".

I have the Developer version of the program so I should have access.
Of course, you can, please do as follows
First, drag a cookie manager action to your list.
Select Get cookie, and then save it to a variable.
Then, drag another cookie manager to your module.
Select Set cookie, and then use cookie from the variable.
