How to change in unicode of spin article ?

Hi,

I am getting a problem of content coding that is -

When i spin a article so there is some character which is not accept by my software so i want output spin characters in unicode so how could i change it ?

Here i the details that what i got and what i want ?

Got - Want

“ - "
” - "

Please tell me solution.

If i will protect such words than article meaning will change and it is not correct way to do it.

I just want to spun article in UTF-8 encoding so please tell me where can i find this setting in software ?

On the Batch Spin settings, you can select UTF-8 encoding, check the below screenshot:
