How to download from custom RSSFEED and make a good article

Hello, Another Question I have set up to new RSSfeed to get content. How do I download the latest article from the feed to make a good article mines are coming all messed up!Here what I have done!Added the RSS and Set up the RSS ( I GUESS Im doing something wrong here!)

Create New Task Fail

I downloaded ContentBomb to test before buying the full version to my home desktop PC. But any time I try to create a new task no matter what it is I get an error that says "Create New Task Failed". Also when trying to set up SpinnerChief user name and password it says my acct has been banned.
